How does your shipping process work?

After payment is verified, we generate your shipping label through our shipping partner (Shippo), and package your order. Packages are handed off to carriers on business days. USPS pickups occur daily (business days) and FedEx drop-offs are made mid-afternoon (business days). We deliver rushed orders to FedEx in person the same day or next day (depending on what time in the day your order was placed) to ensure it is shipped as fast as possible.

We verify shipping methods used both we are verifying payments for your orders, when we are purchasing your label, and when we are packaging your order. We can see the method of delivery you selected and when any part of our team sees a “Rushed” order placed, we all immediately process each step of your order to ensure your order gets out the door pronto!
