Orders enter processing after payment is successfully received and verified. Once processing begins, we prepare your shipment and generate a shipping label. We have a 24-48 hour processing windows. Generally we have orders processed and packed the same day for orders placed before 1pm PST/4pm EST. Orders placed in the later afternoon/evening generally are processed the following morning.
Depending on the payment method used, some orders require us to hand verify payments. We look through our orders throughout the day and look for orders marked for verification, we generally have these verified by the end of the night/same day.
As soon as we mark your order “processing”, this means we have verified your purchase and our fulfillment team will begin purchasing a label and packaging your order to await pickup/delivery.
