1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website operated by Advanced Research Pep (the “Website”), you (“User” or “Purchaser”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which together form the entire agreement between you and the Website owner. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or purchase products.

2. Eligibility

Age Requirement (21+). You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to browse, register, or purchase. By placing an order, you represent and warrant you are 21 or older. (Advanced Research Peptides)

Professional Use. Products are sold exclusively for qualified laboratory and research use. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears inconsistent with research-use-only purchasing.

3. Research-Use-Only (RUO) Products

Laboratory Use Only. All products are furnished solely for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, medical devices, cosmetics, or veterinary products, and are not intended for human or animal use. (Advanced Research Peptides)

No Medical Guidance. We do not provide medical, dosing, administration, reconstitution, or therapeutic guidance. No content on the Website constitutes medical advice. (Advanced Research Peptides)

Compliance Responsibility. Purchaser is solely responsible for verifying that purchase, import, possession, handling, storage, disposal, and experimental use comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Purchaser Representations & Warranties

By placing an order, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• You are 21+ and are trained/qualified to handle research materials safely.
• You will use appropriate protective measures, storage conditions, and lab protocols.
• You will not use, or allow others to use, any product for human or animal use or in any manner that violates applicable law.
• You assume full responsibility and liability for handling and use of any purchased products.

5. Orders, Payments, and Transaction Processing

Payment Processing. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment in full is required at checkout.

Third-Party Payment Providers. Payment transactions may be processed by third-party providers (for example Venmo or Zelle, where offered). We do not store full payment credentials (such as full card numbers or bank login credentials) on our systems.

Fraud / Risk Controls. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders to prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect our business.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Tracking

Your purchase is also governed by our Shipping & Refund Policy (“Policy”). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Policy regarding shipping, delivery, refunds, or replacements, the Shipping & Refund Policy controls.

Shipping Process (high-level). After payment is verified, we generate shipping labels through our shipping partner Shippo and hand off packages to carriers on business days; tracking is typically issued once the label is created. (Advanced Research Peptides)

Carrier Estimates. Carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control (weather, routing delays, missed scans, operational backlogs).

Address Accuracy. You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address, including apartment/unit numbers where applicable. Orders that are delayed, misdelivered, returned, or undeliverable due to address errors may be ineligible for refund or replacement as described in the Shipping & Refund Policy.

Risk of Loss. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon carrier acceptance/first scan (or when the shipment is tendered to the carrier, depending on carrier handling). Claims for missing/damaged items must be made within the timeframes in the Shipping & Refund Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

All returns/refunds/replacements are governed by the Shipping & Refund Policy. The following core rules apply:

No Returns (RUO safeguard). We do not accept returns. Returned-to-sender packages may be handled only as described in the Shipping & Refund Policy.

No “didn’t work” refunds. We do not offer refunds based on efficacy/outcome-based claims (e.g., “the product didn’t work”), because products are sold strictly for in-vitro research use only.

Fulfillment Errors / Damage. We will work with customers in cases of verified:

• damaged items (in transit),
• missing items (shorted shipment),
• wrong item shipped,
  in accordance with the claim process and timelines in the Shipping & Refund Policy.

Shipping-Charge Refunds (limited). For certain late deliveries not caused by customer address error, the Shipping & Refund Policy may allow refunds of shipping charges upon request.

8. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All content on the Website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and code—is the property of Advanced Research Pep and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view, download, or print content only for personal, non-commercial reference without modification. Any other use requires prior written consent.

9. Website Availability & Modifications

The Website may become unavailable at any time without liability. Content, pricing, and product availability may change without notice.

10. Indemnification

Purchaser shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Advanced Research Pep, its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Purchaser’s handling, possession, use, or misuse of any product; (b) Purchaser’s violation of these Terms or the Shipping & Refund Policy; or (c) Purchaser’s violation of applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Advanced Research Pep for any claim arising out of or relating to any product, these Terms, or the Shipping & Refund Policy shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Advanced Research Pep be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction therein. 13. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Shipping & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
